🚀 inFin Note
inFin is an AI voice notes app. It captures what you hear, what you see, and what you think — all through a single entry point.
We've been building it for more than two years now — over 800 days. The starting point was a simple one: taking notes should be effortless and enjoyable.
Note Anything, Without Limits
Voice, text, and web pages — three forms, one entry point.
- You speak, and it records;
- You see something worth keeping, and it saves it;
- An idea flashes through your mind, and it catches it instantly.
It is like having a quiet friend beside you, always ready to catch the things that would otherwise slip away in a second.
What Makes inFin Different
Capture everything: three paths, one destination
- What you hear: Voice Notes with no time limit, records even offline, and realtime translation. While recording, you can mark key moments and insert photos. When you stop, a replayable record is generated automatically — tap a line of text and jump straight to that exact second.
- What you see: one-tap Web Clipper that automatically extracts key information and generates a Mind Map.
- What you think: Text & Image Notes for whatever comes to mind, and To-dos & Schedule that turn spoken words into a checklist.
All three paths eventually settle into your Inspiration Notes. At this step, we have already made sure that nothing gets missed.
Internalize: see the self you haven't noticed
Writing it down is only the beginning. The hard part is this — how do you see yourself through all these notes?
Deep Insight reads through the batch of notes you select, connecting them across formats and across situations, and helps you spot blind spots in your thinking, questions you keep repeating, and hidden patterns — producing an insight that belongs to no one but you.
It comes in six perspectives: Inner Compass, Value Mining, Thought Trail, Energy, Mindset, and Action Guide.
Output: let your ideas grow
inFin+ offers AI Summary and Mind Map to help you turn your notes into something you can use. Ask AI and Creation Assistant are not yet available.
Our Three Steps
| Step | What we're doing | Corresponding features |
|---|---|---|
| Step 1: Capture everything, effortlessly | What you think, hear, and see should all be easy to note | Voice Notes · Text & Image Notes · Web Clipper |
| Step 2: Help you internalize and grow | See yourself through your notes | Deep Insight · Ask AI (not yet available) |
| Step 3: Help you create output | Once you're clear on what you think, output follows naturally | AI Summary · Mind Map · Creation Assistant (not yet available) · global AI capabilities |
Recording is input. Insight is one of the ways we help you internalize and grow. Output is growth.
A Letter to New Users
It needs no ceremony, and it shouldn't be pestered with questions about format, categories, or "how I'll use it later."
Write whatever comes to mind. That's the most natural form of note-taking.
But reality often says otherwise. You've probably been through moments like these —
A thought flashes by. You tell yourself "I'll write it down in a bit," and then it's gone, as if it had never come;
A class, a meeting — pages of dense notes, and when you look back, all that's left is a pile of fragments with no clear subject;
A great article comes up, you tap Save, it scatters across apps, and when you actually need it, you can't even remember where it ended up.
We've been through all of this far too many times.
That's why we built inFin. Not because we wanted to make yet another notes app, but because this is worth doing properly:
Taking notes shouldn't be a chore.
Easier said than done. The hard part is this — what actually holds you back is never "I can't write it down," but those few seconds of hesitation before you put pen to paper —
Which tool? Where to save it? Should I categorize it first? Will I be able to find it later? What do I actually get from keeping notes for this long?
Every one of those questions is reasonable. But put them together, and they form a threshold. Inspiration has a shelf life: stand at that threshold for a moment, and half of it is already gone.
So inFin sticks to one plain, almost stubborn principle:
Keep it simple, but make it capable. No learning curve, no overthinking, no fiddling. However it feels natural, that's how it should work.
McLuhan said: We shape our tools, and thereafter our tools shape us.
Over a lifetime, a person has hundreds of thousands of thoughts. Most of them vanish; only a tiny fraction ever gets written down. And the ones that do get written down may end up changing you, changing the world, changing a great many things.
We hope inFin helps you keep more of them.

About This Guide
Every feature page in this guide answers three things clearly: what it is, how to use it, and where its limits are.
We'll also be upfront about what inFin isn't good at.
One thing worth noting: inFin is being iterated on continuously. If any description here is not yet up to date, please refer to the actual product features.
