Locally stored data can be exported with one tap. We don't read it. We don't sell it. This is a baseline, not an option.

What It Does

• Text export: free users can use it without limit;
• Article & image export: free users can use it without limit;
• Export as image: share to social platforms;
• Export as Word / PDF: formal documents and archiving;
• Insight export: image / text / MD.

How to Export

1. Open a note, or swipe the list to enter selection;
2. Tap the export entry;
3. Choose a format;
4. Save locally, or share it out.

Why Export Regularly

Because inFin stores your data on your device (see Local Storage & Privacy), which means:

Privacy is yours; the responsibility of safekeeping is also yours.

• Lose or damage the device without sync or backup, and the data is gone;
• Uninstalling the app will delete local data.

So we strongly recommend:

1. Turn on iCloud Sync;
2. Regularly export a copy of important content.

Q: Can I export all notes at once? Full export is not yet supported.

Q: Can the exported files be opened in other software? Yes. We don't lock the format — no vendor lock-in.

Q: Will the export include the recording audio? Audio needs to be exported separately.

Q: Is there a watermark on the exported content? No watermark, but the inFin logo is included.

Q: Can I migrate my data to another notes app? Yes — export to a generic format (text / MD / Word), then import into another app.
