📋 AI Summary

inFin+ organizes saved content into a structured summary.

Auto-generate summaries, to-do lists, meeting minutes, deep insights, and level up your thinking…

What It Does

Feed in a Voice Note or a Clipping, and the AI can produce multiple forms:

  • Summary: a few hundred words that make clear what the content said;
  • To-do list: pull out the action items — who does what, when;
  • Meeting minutes: reorganized by topic, conclusion, and to-do, into a document you can send directly;
  • Multi-dimensional summary: distilled from different angles (decisions, risks, opportunities, next steps) separately;
  • Mind Map: see Mind Map.

How to Use It

  1. Open a recording or a clipped note;
  2. Tap "Generate summary";
  3. Choose the form: Summary / To-do / Mind Map;
  4. The result is editable, copyable, exportable, and can be shared as an image.

Processing Time and Connectivity

AI summaries require an internet connection. Processing time depends on audio length, connectivity and model load; completion time is not guaranteed. Review the result against the source text or recording, especially conclusions, numbers and action items.

Online transcription also requires a connection and uses the monthly allowance. Check your remaining allowance before transcribing audio for a summary.

How to Get a Better Summary

  1. State the topic at the start of recording: open with "Today's discussion is the 2026 Spring Review";
  2. Drop marks at key points: marks tell the AI "this is important";
  3. Pick the right form: use "Minutes" to send to others, use "Summary" for yourself, use "To-do" for action items;
  4. Don't expect it to judge for you: it organizes "what was said," not "what to do."

One Boundary

AI Summary works on information, not on you.

If you want to see yourself in a pile of notes — what you keep paying attention to, what you keep ignoring — that's not something a summary can do; that's Deep Insight.
