✅ To-dos & Schedule (Coming Soon)

Say whatever comes to mind, and let inFin handle the rest.

What It Does

  • Speak and it becomes a list: record a piece of audio, or type a few words, and let inFin+ help organize — to-dos are identified automatically;
  • Pull action items out of voice: paired with AI Summary, the action items from a meeting can become to-dos directly;
  • All within your notes: to-dos don't open a separate system; they live with your notes.

How to Use It

  1. In a note, write the to-do directly, or record a voice clip like "I need to submit the proposal tomorrow and contact the supplier by Friday";
  2. Use the "To-do" feature in AI Summary, or let inFin+ help organize to pull action items out of the recording;
  3. Add a tag to differentiate, like #To-do/This Week.

Our Positioning: Lightweight, Not Project Management

inFin is not a to-do list, and we don't intend it to be.

What we do is "to-dos jotted down on the fly" — those things you think of while walking, driving, or in a meeting, before they ever make it into a project management tool.

For serious project management, please use a dedicated tool. See What inFin Isn't Good At.

A Small Reminder

To-dos only have meaning when they're reviewed.

We suggest going through the to-do tag every week with Search, or letting the "Action Guide" perspective of Deep Insight show you: the thing you keep thinking about but never start on — what is it?

It doesn't make a plan for you. It just asks one question: What's the smallest action you can take tomorrow?
