🏷️ Tags
All content is managed under a unified tag system, with offline editing supported. Record across devices, govern them with one tag.
Why Tags, Not Folders
Because a single note often belongs to several places at once: a meeting belongs to "Work," and also to "Product," and also to "the talk with Manager Zhang."
Folders force you to pick one. Tags don't.
How to Create a Tag
- Type
#followed by a keyword, like#Inspiration; - Or tap the
#button above the input area to insert one; - Remember to separate tags with spaces.
How to Create Multi-Level Tags (Coming Soon…)
The multi-level form #Tag/Sub-tag is supported, e.g.:
#Work/Product/Review
This balances the convenience of tags with the need to browse them.
Three Types of Content, One Tag System
Voice notes, text & image notes, web clippings — a unified cross-device tag system.
That means you don't have to set up a separate classification for "heard," "seen," and "thought." One tag governs all.
How to Edit or Delete a Tag
Find the target tag in the tag list, tap "···" to rename or delete it.
How to Plan Your Tags
Not sure how to plan your tags? Here's the simplest starting point:
| Use | Examples |
|---|---|
| By scenario | #Work #Study #Life |
| By project | #Work/Project A |
| By source | #Reading #Podcast #Conversation |
| By status | #To-do/This Week |
Don't start by trying to plan everything. Take 100 notes first; you'll naturally see what you most often record. Organizing at that point is far more effective than organizing at the start.
