⚙️ Subscription Management & Refunds

inFin subscriptions are completed through the App Store, so management also happens on Apple's side.

How to Check Your Subscription Status

  1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone / iPad / Mac;
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top;
  3. Go to "Subscriptions";
  4. Find inFin and check its status and expiry date.

You can also check it in the Membership Center inside the app.

How to Cancel Renewal

  1. System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → inFin;
  2. Tap "Cancel Subscription";
  3. After cancelling, you can keep using it for the current billing period; you won't be charged again once it expires.

⚠️ Cancelling isn't the same as a refund. Any amount already charged has to be requested through Apple's refund channel.

How to Request a Refund

Apple handles every payment made through the App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple too:

  1. Go to Apple's orders and refunds page;
  2. Find the order, and choose "Request a refund";
  3. Explain the reason, and submit it for review.

We can't process refunds on Apple's behalf, but if you run into trouble, Contact Us and we'll help you figure out how to file it.

Q: Can I keep using it if I switch devices? Yes. Sign in on the new device with the same account, go to the Membership Center and tap Restore.

Q: How do I get an invoice? App Store subscriptions are invoiced by Apple — request it on Apple's orders page.
